If you’re a specialized expert, seasoned leader, or senior manager, you’ve probably felt it:
Conversations about AI adoption are happening without you.
Decisions are being made faster than your current playbook can keep up with.
People who used to come to you for direction now bring you AI-generated answers… and expect you to approve them.
The rules that built your career are changing faster than ever.
And beneath the productive exterior, one question keeps surfacing:
“If AI can do more and more… what will they still need me for?”
This is the question reshaping how an entire generation of leaders is thinking about their next decade. We have an avalanche of job losses with companies deciding to invest their budgets into AI. At the same time, economists are predicting that a significant proportion of positions will be replaced by automation in the next five years.
The truth is, AI won’t replace everyone. It will elevate some people… and expose everyone else.
A deeper fear is that the market will no longer recognize the value of hard-earned expertise. But here’s the thing: in this day and age, hard work or productivity alone just won't cut it. That’s why the professionals who stay relevant in this next chapter will be the ones who adapt and evolve while understanding where their value belongs in the AI era.

"I was going for an interview as the Chief Information Security Officer. I didn't think I could get to the C-Level — I had been a VP for so many years. I thought VP was the highest level I could achieve. I got the job. That wouldn't have happened without Dr. Grace's advice."
CISO, Global Manufacturer

"This morning I sat on a two-hour planning call with the CEO to work on the strategies he laid before us. I am literally at the table now — and I believe 100% that I made it there because of what Dr. Grace teaches. Especially in working with stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams, and feeling like I'm getting my true point across."
VP of Sales, Healthcare

"My only regret is sitting on the fence as long as I did. Dr. Grace's teachings on internal certainty have been the biggest help in my career. They played a large role in why I was promoted earlier this year and showed up at a level my team had not seen before."
Global Network Acquisition, Google

"This is the best investment I made this year — and the return is beyond my expectation. Within six months, this changed the entire way I see my career and how I see myself. I feel empowered internally and externally."
CPO & CTO, Thought Leader in AI

AI is re-pricing professional expertise itself: which capabilities get rewarded, how experience gets evaluated, and who gets access to the conversations where consequential decisions are made.

The Era That Built Your Career
Experience secures relevance
Quality output is rewarded
Competent execution earns advancement
Internal relationships protect tenure

The Era Already Underway
Experience must be repositioned
Insight, foresight, & discernment are rewarded
Strategic leverage earns advancement
Strategic visibility creates influence

The Era That Built Your Career
Experience secures relevance
Quality output is rewarded
Competent execution earns advancement
Internal relationships protect tenure

The Era Already Underway
Experience must be repositioned
Insight, foresight, & discernment are rewarded
Strategic leverage earns advancement
Strategic visibility creates influence
Which means the very experience that built your career may now be the thing keeping you stuck in execution.
Every “best practice” you developed, every “proper way” of doing the things you do best, every process you have improved...
What if all of it is now automatable?
The honest answer is: more of it than you think.
Which is why strategic AI leverage is no longer optional at senior levels. And why the human grounding that keeps it from collapsing into hollow execution is no longer optional either.
In every major disruption, there is a window. The professionals who come through it stronger understand what was actually changing before their peers did, and acted on that understanding before the window narrowed.
We are inside that window now.
The question is whether you'll spend it learning prompts, or learning the thing prompts cannot teach you.
They will be replaced by professionals who can apply AI without outsourcing their thinking.
Not because they’re smarter than you.
Not because they’re more technical than you.
But because they hold a particular combination many professionals have not yet learned to hold:
They wield AI as strategic leverage. They do not treat AI merely as an assistant or a productivity tool.
And they remain grounded in human dynamics. They deploy discernment, influential communications, and the capacity to build trust especially when stakes are high.
This combination is the new senior leadership skill: the integration of human wisdom and AI fluency.

Once that line crosses, AI fluency stops being a tool you choose to use and becomes a multiplier on every other capability you bring.
Which means your value is no longer just your title or track record.
It’s your ability to stay relevant, trusted, and influential in a market where the rules have moved.
Most AI content is built for engineers, early adopters, tool enthusiasts, and people who have the luxury of time.
You don’t need more information.
You need a clear, senior leadership-grade framework for a principled way to apply AI that answers one question:
How do I stay indispensable in a world where AI is everywhere?
Introducing

Virtually on Zoom
Principles first. No hype.
This is not a tool demo event or a prompting workshop.
It’s also not training for people who want to become engineers.
It is a strategic summit where you learn how to leverage AI powerfully - to advance your career, deepen your influence, and operate from a higher altitude than you could before - while staying grounded in the human dynamics that make any of it matter.
Teach you how to use the features
Focus on faster output
Show you the AI tools
Integrates AI leverage and human dynamics
Builds discernment and influence in this era
Teaches you to think+lead from a higher altitude
Most AI education fails leaders for one simple reason:
It treats AI like a technology problem when it’s actually a leadership relevance problem.
Your challenge isn’t learning AI.
Your challenge is:
making high-stakes decisions with new information streams
guiding teams through uncertainty
staying credible while the landscape shifts
and maintaining influence when productivity expectations are changing
That’s why this summit is anchored in principled application, meaning you’re not just using AI.
You’re learning how to apply it in a way that is responsible, ethical, aligned with your leadership identity, sustainable in real organizational contexts, and competitive in the marketplace long-term.
The market does not lack AI content. It lacks AI content built for senior people who already think for a living.
That is the gap this summit closes.
I didn’t get here by chasing trends. Instead, I believe in developing and deploying thought leadership through the accumulation of specialized knowledge, the synthesis of that knowledge into durable insights, followed by the strategic application of those insights that turn into wisdom.
Over the past decade, this work has served 20,000+ executives across 53 countries, in companies including Google, Bloomberg, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Oracle, and Delta. The PhD in neuroscience underneath it trained me to look beneath visible behavior and find the upstream cognitive patterns that produce or prevent leadership outcomes.
I am founder of Mastery Insights and the creator of Cognitivistics of Influence™, the applied study of how thinking, language, and embodied presence interact to produce influence and leadership impact.
I have also lived the transition I teach. I built Mastery Insights into a 7-figure global brand by learning, in real time, how to apply AI scalably without surrendering the human leadership that built the company in the first place. Throughout my career, I have navigated identity, communication, and authority across both Eastern and Western contexts, which has shaped how I help senior professionals build influence that is durable in the new rules and the new rooms.
I am not an AI educator, so I do not teach tools, prompts, or workflows. There is no shortage of people who do that well.
What I teach is the deeper layer beneath all of it: how senior professionals stay relevant, influential, and irreplaceable as the times are quickly changing with AI.
This summit is the distillation of that work, focused on the question my mentees keep asking me right now: how do I lead in this era without losing what made me good in the first place? That is the question this summit answers.

"Dr. Grace Lee teaches things I haven't seen in books or other trainings — but she does it with such profundity, clarity, and applicability that the skills begin to follow for you. She gave me frameworks to better articulate my message, and importantly, how to show up, be more visible, and be more impactful with my stakeholders."

"Dr. Grace Lee has first-hand knowledge of human psychology, neuroscience, and deep industry experience. Her knowledge helps you understand yourself better, and gives you a real way to navigate the corporate world."

The price of this summit is not the relevant number. The relevant numbers are these:
The cost of operating without AI leverage at the senior level is now showing up as missed promotions, narrowed range, and being out-decided by peers who hold both halves.
The cost of AI leverage without grounding in the realities of human dynamics is showing up as eroded judgment, hollow output, and a slow loss of the authority and fulfillment that made the career worth building in the first place.
The cost of getting the integration right is one summit and the willingness to apply it.
The professionals at the senior end of their careers are the most vulnerable to both errors, and the most capable of mastering the integration if they choose to.
The integrated professional is the one whose AI leverage is real, whose human grounding is intact, and whose career compounds because of the combination.
That is what this summit teaches. Not how to keep up with technology.
How to lead at a higher altitude with AI as serious leverage and consciousness as the source of everything that matters.
No. This summit is designed for accomplished experts and leaders, not engineers. The focus is not on coding, prompting, or tool tutorials. If you can read the news, you can absorb everything taught here.
Six hours over a weekend on the strategic layer will save you months of fragmented learning later. The leaders who navigate this transition well are not the ones with the most time. They are the ones who get clear about what actually matters before everyone else does.
The specific tools will keep changing. The shift in workplace expectations, decision-making norms, and competitive advantage is already established and will not reverse. This summit teaches the principles that hold whether the dominant tool a year from now is ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or something none of us has seen yet. Tools change. Strategic relevance compounds.
Then this is the most direct way back to certainty. You do not need to catch up on everything. You need to focus on the right things; and the right things are not what most AI content is teaching. This summit gives you the strategic frame your peers are not yet using. That is how you move from behind to ahead, without burning out trying to keep up.
Especially. The professionals with the most career capital have the most to lose by staying passive and the most to gain by repositioning intentionally. The strategies in this summit are specifically built for people whose career value is built on judgment and discernment, not on tool fluency. That foundation is exactly what AI cannot originate.
If you feel even a small sense of urgency, trust it. That’s your leadership instinct telling you something the conscious mind hasn’t articulated yet.
Because a year from now, one of two things will be true:

You’ll be one of the leaders who adapted early
…and gained influence, confidence, and recognition.

Or you’ll be one of the leaders still trying to catch up
…while others define the future without you.

Dr. Grace Lee
P.S. This summit is designed for live attendance. General Admission includes 24-hour replay as a backup. If you need more flexibility, choose VIP, which includes 7-day replay access, the Strategic Relevance Audit, and VIP Q&A pods. VIP is capped at 15 seats. Once VIP is full, that option closes regardless of how much time remains before the summit.
P.P.S. I’m only doing this event once in 2026. If you miss this, it might be next year until I do it again. By then, how many opportunities will have passed?
